Wasn't sure where else to put this..... But this is kinda pissing me off. First AquatuningUSA admits they dont have the Eisbaer 360 I ordered from them after not shipping it two weeks later, now it's just over 3 weeks later, and Grooves.land hasn't shipped the Kelvin S36 I ordered from them! I even made sure they had it in stock before I ordered it!

I would cancel the order. Better to hurt them in the wallet than to let them keep your hopes and dreams.

I was wanting a 360 rad aio. I was wanting one of those two cause they are expandable. The Predator from EK has reached it's EOL, and the option from Swiftech doesn't quote appeal to me personally.

I'd still cancel. Order elsewhere.

I would also cancel at that point and go elsewhere.
It's not your problem that they screwed up and can't manage their inventory properly. The fact they didn't contact you during that time to at least tell you of this severe issue is just bad customer service.

Your in the US, can easily order from Newegg or Amazon. Why bother getting it from Germany?

Because of lawsuits, the Kelvin series was forced not to be availible in the US

That's not the point of that link of whether Fractal Design can sell it or not in the US. Point of that link is that, there are alternative places you can get it, instead of waiting for all eternity from that site you've ordered in the first place.

From their website, it does not look like they ship outside of the UK and Ireland.
