When you are not going for 4k then why bother getting a 780 6gb?.

780 Ti will outperform it.JUST BUY DOMINATOR PLATINUM and corsair ax 860i!!!

Yes you can but that will cost performance.

Yes maybe 50 to 60 fps if you turn down aa and msa.
