The two 140 rads aren't really necessary.

 

This whole rig isnt really necessary, still, I want to build it.

hashtag3. but i wouldnt get another 140mm in the bottom and change the 140 in the back to a 120. (there are better 120 fans than 140 fans). I dont know the case but is it possible to install a 360 in the front?

Could, but I would lose drivebays, which I need.

 

EDIT: To the fans, I usally go with noctua nf-a14 pwm's, they should be enough for less-fin rads

I would get rid of the back rad, you have more than enough, it will just complicate your loop and take away from the looks for no reason. Then 180 flip the 480 on top . Then I would do pump >> 140 bottom >> GPU - GPU >> CPU >> 480 >> 240 >> pump.

Not possible to flip the top nor the front rad, sadly.
