As the title says, my Razer Naga Hex V2 randomly stops tracking while in game. All the buttons on it work, it just stops tracking. Usually before it quits, it jerks the mouse up or down.

An example of this would be, I was playing CSGO and I noticed my mouse started to jerk down and up. It eventually gave out after 2-5 jerks down/up, and in the situation I was in, my character was looking at the ground from all the jerking. I couldn't move my mouse up, and eventually I ran right into the enemy, and he killed me.

My question is, how can this be fixed? I've tried multiple USB ports on my computer, and all seem to have the same effect.

Should I use compressed air to clean the sensor, or should I contact Razer Support/use my warranty to get a new one?

Try a different a different surface or running the surface calibration that should ensure it is properly tracking, if it still continues you may want to contact them for an RMA.

Check to make sure that your mouse is being handed off to the main program correctly. You can usually test for this by playing a game until the issue occurs and then Alt + Tab'ing out and back in. If it continues, I'd try another PC. If it occurs still, bad sensor and you can try to clean it.
