New Computer Won't Start

Jakeus

I just got the Acer predator G3 desktop at best buy and when I brought it home and plugged everything in nothing happened. Is there any way to solve this?

Return it to Best Buy, get a NEW one and make sure THEY plug it in and make sure it is working right before walking out the front door with it.

you're supposed to turn it on, like there's a button

Ryzen 7 3700X / 16GB RAM / Optane SSD / GTX 1650 / Solus Linux

Is the PSU button at ON position?

If its not working, you just take it back and let their support verify its not working. If it magically starts working there, you just be little embarrassed about it. Those things happen to all of us.
