Soooooo I was looking at the Plantek cases thought that the P400, Enthoo Elite and Evlov ATX because I really disliked the S340 with the top air vent.

Also I don't know if the 5 fans given from the Enthoo Elite would be fine as in cooling wise. Should I add water cooling?

Pretty vague to ask how well it would work on air compared to "water cooling" without listing system specs and what you plan on using. 

Main RIg Lian Li O11 MINI, I7 9900k, ASUS ROG Maximus XI Hero, G.Skill Ripjaws 3600 32GB, 3090FE, EVGA 1000G5, Acer Nitro XZ3 2560 x 1440@240hz

Well, is that Phanteks Case overpriced? I think it's a better case than Define S

"Make it future proof for some years at least, don't buy "only slightly better" stuff that gets outdated 1 year, that's throwing money away" @pipoawas

 

-Frequencies DON'T represent everything and in many cases that is true (referring to Individual CPU Clocks).

Why are you looking at a $900 case? You just listed a $100 and a $200 case, there are other options, you dont need to spend almost a full grand on a case for no reason.
