Extremely low FPS in all games and slow PC in general

So today my PC fell over because I accidentally pushed it over with the wheel of my chair. When I did that, one of my monitors turned off. I hit reset on my computer and everything seemed normal. Then I went to open Rocket League and I noticed I was getting very low FPS. I usually get around 250 with max settings but I was getting around 60 and it was extremely choppy. I tried to turn down the settings and it barely made a difference. Then I opened GTA V, and same thing. I usually get around 60fps and I was getting 15-20. I had f.lux enabled and I disabled it, and it seemed like it almost made it worse. I deleted my temp files, I tried to install MSI afterburner but it won't open, and its just very fustrating. Also, when I'm watching Youtube videos on Chrome, Chrome crashes a lot (the chrome thing has happened for a while). I don't know why all of this is happening and if someone could help me that woud be greatly appreciated!

Thank you! - Matthew

P.S., my copy of windows 10 is NOT pirated, if that makes a difference.

If your PC case is high enough you could get some parts damaged or moved from the slot they are into.

I would suggest you to check all the components in your PC, see if all of them are properly placed into their slots. Even the cables. And after checking go and test it in your games.

GPU might have fallen out of the port/plug and may be using the CPU's integrated graphics.  Open up your PC and look is anything has come loose or looks damaged.

Wouldn't it have to be plugged into the motherboards IO for it to even start using integrated graphics?

That's what I think as well. OP, check all cables, connection as well as your GPU if they are fitted nicely. If everything else are connected nicely, then I am afraid the "damaged" component might be your HDD. Unless you are only using SSD and the games are all installed there. If not, it will usually means your HDD is faulty and it's reading / accessing slower and thus the dropped FPS.
