i was building a pc new gaming pc in ksa so yeh different prices and i wanted to know which case i should go in some time im gonna get a titan 
and i mostly play racing games on 1080p and some fps games

No reason to get a titan if youre gonna get a 1080ti, which is what I would recommend since its only $200 more than a 1080, but the titan costs $400 more than the 1080ti IIRC. RaptorCandy's suggested parts list looks good to me.

 

The NZXT S340 Elite is one of the best case's for your money currently on the market.
