How do I set up a second keyboard?

Simple question how do I set up a second keyboard for macros, I wanna do this as I want to set up two player on an emulator so I can play 2 player Mario Smash football (the best football game in existence, and the only one that I like), From what I remember auto hot key is the programme recommended to use for this task, but how do you actually set it up so you can use the second keyboards macros (I can do the key mapping of the game, it's the defining what keys what macro is the problem)

I just can't, the place I'm at blocks Youtube traffic etc.
