Hello!

I'm about to buy this monitor for a pretty good price but this IPS glow/BLB is bothering me a bit. I can't see it in person but the owner says that in real life is far from this what you can see in this photo... I don't know what to do now because this looks pretty bad to me but so does my Dell P2414H and it's barely noticeable for years now :)

You will never see this kind of glow with your own eyes, this is exaggerated with the camera.

I can't see any glow at all on mine, if I take my phone and point camera on the screen then I can see this shit as well.

Besides, the higher brightness the more glow you will get. Since my monitor was factory set to 90% brightness I could see the yellow glow slightly ONLY when sitting in dark room at night and the entire screen was black, but since the monitor is unusable with such a high brightness I lowered it to 35% and now I cannot see that glow even in dark room at night when the entire screen is black.

EDIT:
Also, since this is not BLB but AH-IPS glow, which is different from normal IPS white glow. This glow is visible the most when looking at it from angles (it acts like color shift on TN panels). If you look at the spot where the glow is directly then you will have very hard time to notice anything.

Normal IPS white glow can be seen under every angle.

Yes, that's what I'm thinking because I got my Dell as soon as it appeared on the market and since then I really haven't seen this glow, well I have on extremely dark background with lights turned off but that is 2% of my usage so far.

I'm generally concerned about this BLB/IPS glow because I watch movies on my PC and this is a BIG monitor...
