Hello guys~ without further ado, lets start the quetion. This one is about power supply and compat with a motherboar. Is the SeaSonic S12II psu good with the MSI H110M gaming MoBo? my reason for asking is becuase this psu seems too good to be true and this may be the golden nugget i need, stupid? yes, cautious? also yes. S12II is still an old design with 12v and 5v being on the same part of the unit (older systems used 5v and 12v equally, but newer systems have shifted to mostly using the 12v rail) and group regulated voltages, but if it is cheap it can be good

IMHO CXM Grey from Corsair (DC-DC, supplies power to where it is needed), and B3 from EVGA (DC-DC Super Flower design) are much better units, but still rated tier 3 due to their shitty fans

idk

It's a good choice. Others mentioned EVGA B3s and Corsair CXMs which are also solid options and are much more modern.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.
