The lowest-end Pascal card is the GTX 1050.

EDIT: This information is outdated. The lowest-end Pascal card is the GT 1030.

Do you mean GT 1010? If so, no... nVidia seems to have given up on those ultra-low-end GPUs that are basically just display drivers.
