So apparently it's now a trend to not include built-in physical screen protectors with high-end cases, as was previously standard? 

 

Looked at Otterbox's offerings and for the first time the Defender doesn't come with one. Isn't screen protection the main point. @_@


Alternatives?

well the screen has gotta be really hard to cover on that thing and your gonna spend that much money on a phone then hide the beauty of it

Case keeps resale value and I'm OCD when it comes to screen scratches.
