Hey, eargonomics is fine. Nothing wrong with buying a mouse cause it fits your hand. that should be your #1 priority to avoid cramps or hand issues.

Me using the G402 (EDIT: lol rip typed g203 instead) and G303, Awkward shapes to transition from but could defiantly feel the 3366 on the 303 being snappier, It just feels more raw.

Then again, an average normie (Not calling you one but the "average consumer) wouldn't really care about all the frame smoothing bull shit and the difference there are in sensors so yeah.

#1 well ofc reddit. Still many people saying they have good products.

#2 is warranty, not "cheap quality".

its poorly engineered cheap razer product designed for younger audiences. you might have had good luck with your mouse, rest of us were not so fortunate. G402 or G502 are better in every aspect, no competition.

g402 is mediocre

g502 is good however

How is the 402 mediocre? I own both and prefer the 402 over the 502 due to weight and it's overall easier ability to use for longer periods of time. It's much more conmfortable in my hand.

Tweaked AM101 sensor instead of 3366 in 502

IMHO the 3366 is much better than AM101

idk

For FPS not necessarily but I have to agree with you on this. The new MX Master is my favorite mouse. It's a work of art.

Look up Rocket Jump Ninja on Youtube. He does the best mouse reviews out of everyone I've seen so far.

I personally use a Logitech G Pro, and I'm masters on Overwatch, so that's a thing. Its a very narrow mouse though, so you might have cramping issues.

Wow this was old as heck, Need to update this signature!

Fair (specs wise but not in real life application) but using both side by side on my 4k monitor at the same DPI I cannot tell the difference AT ALL. Like I have played CS:GO, Overwatch, BF4, GTA V... Etc with both mice extensively and for sure like the G402 over the 502 without a doubt. But again, this is all personal preference.

Better sensor, 3366>am010 any day. Not to say the am010 is a bad sensor cause its still good.

What?!

Better to have the buttons and not need them than to need them and not have.

Scroll click and the button where your thumb goes is more than enough for most FPS titles. That's melee and whatever else you want the other button to map to. If you must you can use the forward and back buttons. That's four buttons on the mouse alone that aren't the right and left click. No FPS gamer will be using more than 6 buttons over all on his mouse. None. Lol. So the g502 just has more to hit on accident.

Not when it adds weight to the mouse. I went from a G602 to my current G Pro (both logitech), and I find that I can flick a lot easier with a light mouse.

rocket jump ninja is really good. decent source for mouse reviews

and i'm using the G Pro as well. but i'm starting to dislike it, because i did an RMA twice but this mouse still has issues... and my g303 i had previously crapped out on me earlier than i expected. kinda hard to stick with logitech at this rate, but i can live with it since i don't play competitively anyways

What issues are you having with your G Pro? I've had mine for a few weeks now and I've had zero issues.

This may not be a popular opinion, but I would not recommend a G502 at all. Both me and my brother have a G502, and mine has had scrolling issues (as have many other users, there are many threads about it around) and the click feeling is starting to go after only one year. My brother has had one for slightly longer than me, and the scroll click is entirely gone. Now don't get me wrong, the mouse is great design wise, but the build quality (or at least the quality control) is not good from my experience.

I'd actually avoid Logitech entirely, but I'm sure many people would argue that is stupid as my only reason for swearing off Logitech is entirely personal experience. Two mice, a mechanical keyboard, and two headsets that my family has bought, all Logitech, have had issues. The only product that hasn't is a single mouse, that now has a double click problem but it's old enough I can excuse that. I still want to warn as to my experience of Logitech, even though it is only personal experience.

It probably is just bad luck, and Logitech products have great design looks and comfort wise, so if they work for you, you'll have a great time. There's plenty of people who have no problems with Logitech products, so more power to you if you buy one. Best of luck on the shopping hunt. :3

oops, actually i have the g403. these mice look pretty darn similar

- left mouse is heavier than the right mouse button

- scroll wheel rattle when i scroll relatively quickly
