audio system help

Okay so i may be in the wrong place to post this but how do i connect my brother's ps3 to this speaker

it's a Phillips SPA2335/05

 

if im the wrong place to ask pls forgive me

the green thingy is the thing that connects

Or you could HDMI to the TV and then connect the speaker to the TV

The PS3 supports audio output in three different ways:

1) Analogue RCA

2) Digital Optical

3) HDMI audio

 

the simplest way for you to get this to work would be a cheap stereo RCA to 3.5mm adapter like this one, then connect the speakers input to that.

One of them in the back of the play station, then theres a big long cable on the sub, that goes into that. Then the smaller speakrs plug into the sub, plug the power plugs in, change any settings on the ps3 to send audio through digital output and your done.

no, that won't work at all.

that's for digital, won't work.

The Playstation 3 doesnt have a RCA output unless you buy another adapter cable

Adapter for an audio jack (USB to audio port).
