easy way to manage the context menu in win7 (And 10)

tlink

Is there an easy way to manage the context menu (disable things, enable things) that doesn't involve me messing with the registry or me having to use an horribly scaling glorified registry editor? because this program shellexview is horrible and doesn't even catch everything since for some reason they are divided in shellex and shell which makes it even harder to deal with.

this looks horrible and is unworkable on a 720p screen
