I

I'm really trying to make it budget as possible but as I can see that's not possible,  the Ti is probably the best one to get

I personally prefer the RX over the 1050-1060 models.  Nvidia removing SLI support on budget cards leaves a bad taste in my mouth.  Also with their lackluster continued driver support for older Nvidia cards it's another win on the AMD front as they support them longer.
TLDR Nvidia better single card now, AMD better support and features.

There's something cool here - you just can't see it.

I agree with the drop of SLI support, but I run older Nvida cards in SLI and the support in new titles has been nothing but awesome. The idea that Nvidia doesn't support their older cards is an old wives tale.

If anyone asks you never saw me.

Budget is possible, but you're gonna get pretty bad fps if you wanna spend that low. Yeah, Ti is the best option tbh. If you can save up a little more, i'd recommend a 480, seeing as you'll get way better fps for the money, but if you can't, get the 1050ti.

Thanks I can try and save and get 480 and so I won't need to upgrade my CPU

You'll still need to upgrade your CPU at some point, considering you only have a dual-core. I'm just saying the 480 has a better price-to-performance ratio than the 1050 ti. Tbh the 480 is the sweet spot for 1080p gaming right now.

Thanks again and when I upgrade would the i5 6400 be good used on eBay. And from userbenchmark.com the rx 480 is 74% faster than the gtx 1050 ti

Actually, i'd recommend an i5 7500 or an i5 7600k if you can afford either. The 7600k only about $50 more expensive than the 6400 and will do so much better in games. If you can't do the 7600k though, get the 7500. The 7500 is very good for the money. And yep, the 480 is a bit more expensive, but will serve you much better in the long run

With my current build is that the reason why when I play bf1 I have a 3mbps download and 31ms ping, when I run it slides or moves my character in the same spot

No, that's not your CPU's fault. You probably just have bad internet.

The minimum speed requirement says 512 Kbps which I have way over that when I play on my iPhones hotspot which is around 20ms ping and download of 40 to 60Mbps it plays fine just the fps is low and not smooth

Why in god's name are you playing on your iphone's hotspot? And I thought you were saying you had connection issues. Yeah, if you have low fps and it's choppy it's cause of your CPU and GPU
