No it says

only 2133 mhz is supported.

What I see on the product webpage is this:

Note:

  1. DDR4 2133 MHz and higher memory modules will only run at maximum of DDR4 2133 MHz due to Intel® chipset limitation when using Skylake CPU.
  2. DDR4 2400 MHz and higher memory modules will only run at maximum of DDR4 2400 MHz due to Intel® chipset limitation when using Kabylake CPU.

The Pentium G4560 is a Kaby Lake chip, and the base memory specification for Kaby Lake lists DDR4-2400. It should work as advertised.

Does MSI H110M PRO-VD PLUS support 2400mhz ram with a pentium g4560?

Should work. Both the motherboard and CPU are socket 1151 and they both support DDR4, so there's no reason why it won't IMO.

Hope this helped :)

Ehhhhh

The RAM will work, it'll just run at 2133 MHz instead.

As for the CPU, the motherboard was released before Kaby Lake and the G4560 is a Kaby Lake CPU, so if you get a motherboard that has an older bios that was released before Kaby Lake installed on it it wouldn't work. If you get one with a bios that does support the CPU though it would work.

I would try to get a B250 mobo instead, just to be safe.

I would just get a B250 mobo instead, as it's only a little more and it's guaranteed to work with Kaby Lake.
