Looking for a phone upgrade

MattEly07

so here is my situation, I currently have a Iphone 4s 16 gb on the AT&t network. My contract doesn't end until this upcoming summer and my iphones battery life has been horrendous. ever since the first year of my contract being up, I have contemplated switching to andriod. So since this is the holiday season I want to use some of the money that I get to buy a used phone that will be nice until my contract ends and I resign and I can just sell that phone back. I want to buy a phone at the price range of $300-350. Here are what I am considering *note* I wouldn't mind going a little bit over that.

 Not in any particular order.

1. HTC one

2. Galaxy note 2

3. Nexus 5.

I just want to hear some opinions on those devices and which of any would be worth it the most. And don't you all just say the nexus 5 because of the specs, I personally am questioning the nexus 5 because of the camera and the stock andriod feel that I personally do not want. Thanks again

I kind of agree but I personally would choose the note 2 based on the battery life aspect, that is a big factor to me

but ofcourse, the downfall in my opinion on the note 2 is the screen resolution.

The build on HTC One is excellent. I have one but there are some devices that have some constructions problems like gaps in the body and dead pixel. My HTC one has like 5 stuck pixel on a dark screen with full brightness. Most of the time I don't notice them. Other than that it is an excellent phone.

LOL Are you trying to tag the @Assassin or @_Assassin_? Because everytime you put @_Assassin_ it tags me. (@Assassin)
