Laptop problem (won't start windows) please help

Hey guys :)

I have a serious  problem with my Dell, the problem is

that when I press the button it boots up and then the CPU heats up then after 2 to 5 seconds the laptop shutdown automatically

but sometime it starts to boot the windows then suddenly it shows me blue screen then shutdown.

I have never replace anything in my laptop, I will be so grateful if you guys help me with this.

Does it work in anouther os like a linux live cd? This seems like a software issue,  id try restoring backups.

it can't even stay lit for 10 seconds even if I was just looking in the bios

I have removed the back cover of it to see if the CPU is heating and it does so I think it heats up to the point of the system shutdown it self for protection

is it a motherboard or cpu fail?

From what you said I'd check the heatsink and make sure it's attached correctly.
