I have an old computer that was bought some years ago, without the purpose of gaming. I want to upgrade it, but can't spend much money, because hardware cousts too much in my country.

This is my configuration:

Processor: AMD Phenom X4 9150e (1.8GHz)

Off borad video card: Asus Geforce EN210 Silent 1GB DDR3 (Code name GT218)

Motherboard: Foxcon M61PMV

RAM: 4096 MBytes DDR2 (NB Frequency 1600 MHz; 2048MByte, each slot; Max Bandwidth PC2-6400 400MHz)

Power supply: Leadership 500W Gamer 2.0 (that can offer a maximum of 400W)

These are the options of upgrade I thought of:

Option one:

Buy those components and put them in my PC:

4GB Kingston Hyper-X Black KHX16C9B1B         (just one stick for now, I can buy another one in the future)
Intel H61 LGA 1155 P8H61-M LX3 R2.0 ASUS
Intel Dual Core G2020

Option two:
Just buy a Radeon HD 7750 and put in my system

So, which options is the best? Do you have any other suggestions?

I want to play games like Ace of Spades (new version), GTA IV, Flatout, and maybe BF4 (at low settings).

7750 and a hyper 212+

clock the cpu to 2.5ish

wait and praise for mantle to decrease the cpu requirements for new games

also if they are priced similar where you live, get the 7770. Much better performance and value.

my motherboard doesn't support overlock, so I guess all I can do is get the HD 7750.
