Zotac AMP Extreme have the beefiest and best coolers. For 1080 ti I would wait for the price to go down.

Best cooler out of the box? MSI/Corsair Seahawk probably.

You can compare weight on Amazon, I know it's for the whole box but accessories and packaging are pretty much the same for every card.

There's a Zotac/Thermaltake that uses water cooling too.
