What is so special about samsung B-dies compared to the ones Corsair does?

RYZEN plays nice with Samsung B-dies, everything else is taking a chance.  They are the most reliable RAM

Hello.

I am finalizing my Ryzen build( https://pcpartpicker.com/list/DFjFM8 ) and the final piece I am unsure of is memory. I am really interested in the rgb kits since most of the other components are rgb.

The kits I have rounded up are the:

Corsair Vengeance RGB PC24000/3000MHz CL15 4x8GB=308$USD

G.Skill TridentZ RGB PC25600/3200Mhz CL16 4x8Gb=394$USD

G.Skill TridentZ RGB PC25600/3200Mhz CL14 4X8Gb=583$USD

What I am wondering about is, will I notice any difference in performance with the different kits since there is the speed difference and the cas latency differences.

If I missed something just ask and thank you in advance for taking your time!

Ryzen's memory overclocking problems mostly stem from tight tertiary timings. Samsung B-die has by far the tightest timings of any IC. Even should the issue be fixed, B-die overclocks incredibly well compared to other RAM; a 3000MHz B-die kit will usually be stable above 4000MHz at 1.4V.
