Do I have USB 3.0?

I'm on the page for the PC I bought and it says that I have USB 3.0 ports, but none of them on the PC are blue? They are all the USB 2.0 color. What does this mean ? Should I run tests?

If that port has 5 contact points like the one below, it's USB 3.

Check device manager under USB. No 3.0 then no USB 3.0 ports.
