Hello everyone I am pretty new here so if there is anything that I did wrong with the topic please let me know,

With that said, I am going to build my first PC in a couple of weeks. (After all these years of trying to game on company laptops) I want to be able to play the new games at 1080p and 60 Fps, and want to be able to edit small videos etc. I will get a 1080p 60hz monitor for the system but I am planing to get another one when I can. I live in Turkey so buying from amazon(and the other sites) are not an option. I will list the components that I think is the best below with the local prices, I am looking for any advice and/or suggestions.

Case/PSU

CORSAIR CARBIDE SERIES WAMP/SPEC-01 With 80PLUS 550W VS550 PSU = 100 USD

Motherboard

MSI B350M GAMING PRO AM4 = 115 USD

CPU

AMD Ryzen 5 1500X = 245 USD

GPU

MSI RX480 GAMING 8G 8GB = 325 USD

HDD

WD 3.5" 1TB Caviar Blue SATA 3.0 7200Rpm 64MB Cache Harddisk = 70 USD

Memory

???

Total Without Memory

845 USD

Memory is a problem for me I heard and read that I need faster memory but some higher frequency's can cause problems with R5 1500X. So If you guys could tell me the frequency that I should get I will add that to the list too.

Ps: Sorry for any grammar, spelling or forum mistakes.

get a 1600 (6 cores,  should be about the same price right? idk the MSRP so sorry if you cant afford it you can ignore this)

go for something around 2400mhz, 3000mhz if you're feeling adventurous

(G.SKILL Flare X is rated for Ryzen IIRC, so try to get that)

Ryzen 5 3600 stock | 2x16GB C13 3200MHz (AFR) | GTX 760 (Sold the VII)| ASUS Prime X570-P | 6TB WD Gold (128MB Cache, 2017)

Samsung 850 EVO 240 GB

138 is a good number.

As long as the mobo likes it, high frequency RAM will work. LOL JUST KIDDING
Some RAM are certified compatible with Ryzen but I'm not sure which one. Help needed from others.

The PSU is not that good. Change to a better one.

1600 is only a little more, and is way better.

TBH a 7500 is better than a 1500X

get 3Ghz+ RAM. it's really important for Ryzen's CCX setup. Ideally, it should use Samsung B-die, but those are expensive and not imperative for good ryzen performance.

that PSU is garbage for high end systems.

get at least a tier 3 or above in the PSU tier list linked in my sig. ideally, go as high as your budget allows.

Question: why are the prices here so inflated?

Where are you actually buying from / what region of the world do you live in?

First of all thank you for your super fast replies, I guess I will be getting a 1600 instead of a 1500X. The problem that I had with the ram frequency is that some of the videos that I watched on youtube(benchmarks and etc) Said the frequency over 3k didn't even boot so they had to manually change it, I guess that's not the case thank you for that. And for the PSU, I would love to get a better one but PSU prices here are so high and with a trash can case that PSU you are talking about would cost me 250 dollars. And as I mentioned I live in Turkey.

Edit: I will buy the parts from retailers here since internet shopping for electronics is not much of an option here.

you have a trashcan case?

wot?

why not just get a tower

RAM frequency support has improved a TON with recent BIOS updates. so it should be fine for 3Ghz

No, no what I meant was with that psu and a really bad case it would cost me 250 USD. If I were to get a somewhat decent case and that PSU it would cost me at least 300 USD.
