biostar graphic cards???

I've found out that biostar also has a graphic cards line up. But I don't know if it's good or not. please help
especially the gtx 1060 6gb

The 1060 is a good card, but buy it from a better, more reputable brand like Asus, EVGA, or MSI.

I don't think they're very good, since they aren't the best brand, but IDK. Maybe watch a review or two?

You're right there are no reviews around, to be completely honest I would go with a more known brand that has been reviewed and bench-marked.

My friend had the Biostar GTX 960.

He loved it, no problems with it. But, I recommend just getting an Asus or EVGA card.

Cool, just factor in a few more things, you should double check:

• Warranty and associated process of claiming
• RMA process and costs
• Return process and costs

Not from what I remember. It was a solid card, but he didn't have it for a long time though. He only used it for a couple months then upgraded.

He's kinda spoiled, parents got him the card. Upgraded to a 980 from EVGA.

So the gtx 960 is a great card? what's the comparison between it and the other card from other brands in your perspective?

Well, I have a 960. But I wouldn't recommend it anymore, because the 1060 and 1050TI are worth the extra cash. 

 

My 960 is a EVGA 960 SSC. From what I remember the Biostar card preformed similar to my card. I highly recommend EVGA. They're one of the best when it comes to GPUs. Don't go out of your way to get a Biostar card, stick with something more reputable.

why are you so interested in the biostar gtx 1060? is it quite a bit cheaper than the competition? if it is similarly priced to a card from a card with actual reviews then i would probably just go with one of those. unless it got a really bad review of course.
