Where to install windows?

A friend formatted a harddrive and is unsure what option to select. I reckon it's Drive 0 Partition 1, but I want to double check.

first one is efi partition for bootloader and third is for recovery to reset windows if anything. So install in second one

Drive 0 Partition 1 is only 100MB with 53MB free - It wont work.

Drive 0 Partition 3 is 450MB with 81MB free- Nope here as well.

 

Partition 2 will be the ONLY choice.

efi partition is always 100mb and recovery is alawys 400-500 mb

Kinda obvious with "primary" and the most alotted space lol

But he suggested to install it in Partition 1 according to first post.
