So I sent in a ticket back this last summer for a broken water cooler from Corsair. However, I was not able to get the parts sent out to them until this last month. They sent me an email with what they would give for the compensation of the other damaged parts but they are basing that off of today's used market value instead of the used market value when I set up the ticket. Does that have enough ground to have them up the compensation they can give me for the damaged parts?

Corsair’s entire liability and your exclusive remedy for any Corsair product that is not operating in accordance with its published technical specifications is at Corsair’s discretion: 1) to repair or replace the product at Corsair’s expense, or 2) to refund the price paid less a usage fee of 10% of the purchase price for each year since the date of purchase. This warranty obligation is conditioned upon the hardware being returned to the original place of purchase, or another place as directed by Corsair, with the original sales receipt attached. You may be required to pay shipping and handling charges, as well as any applicable tariffs, duties, taxes, or other fees. Corsair may, at its discretion, provide new or equivalent-to-new refurbished parts in good working condition, or repair or replace the hardware returned to Corsair.

The amount you are paid would be the (original/ on the receipt) purchase price of the water cooler, minus whatever fees they charge.

so are you saying that out of all the components (not just the cooler i.e. graphics card[gtx980], motherboard, CPU) that were damaged I should receve the price I paid for them (-10% for every year, after I purchased them) and any additional charges (shipping, handling, etc) that happen along the way. Also, where can I find this on corsairs website so the next time I contact them I can reference this.

The price they deduct would depend on what went wrong with the product itself, and if you get a nice guy you could not get charged, but generally it would follow those guidelines. Don't go off of this information and think that they would go right out of the book, most of the time the people who work long enough would slack off on those guidelines because frankly it's just annoying to go through those stuff every god damn time.

Edit: They won't deduct money from that, because since other components were broken you could sue them for money and so they would 'bribe' you to not go to court over this.
