External hardrive not showing in bios menu

Hey i recentley bought an externel hardrive enclosure from storite and converted my old laptop hdd into external hard drive.i want to make a live kali linux usb using that hdd.but the hdd is not showing up in my bios menu...plz reply

Since its USB it should be mentioned in USB devices not Storage.
