That's a maybe. While it's pretty similar to 7, which drivers for 7 tend to work most of the on 10, they still might not work.

Unless someone has experience with the drivers working on Windows 10 or not, the best thing you can do is try it out to see what occurs. As stated above, having a safety net in place is a good idea in case something goes wrong in the process.

It may work due to vista's similarity with Windows 7 and most of the Windows 7 drivers tend to work with Windows 10 but sometimes using .exe application might not install the driver you might need to go to Device Manager and need to select that device and select the inf file manually.

When it comes to ancient hardware running latest operating systems, I'm playing the safe route and just use the drivers Windows provides, except for those which Windows doesn't install at all (in my Toshiba A135-S4677, I used the Windows 7 driver of the Card reader to make it work, which is, coincidentally, also the Windows Vista Driver)
