Ryzen 7 PC Build: Wanting Vega SO Bad!

I've been jotting down possible build ideas a week before Ryzen 7 was released, but I can't help but doubt myself in my part choice. I've checked for compatibility for weeks, but something doesn't feel right. Does anyone know where I could be going wrong? Any comments will help me out a ton! I don't want to make a mistake now and regret making it later when it comes time to build her. 

 

FYI: I already have dual RX 480s in mind, but I do want to wait until we see what AMD will release with their Vega cards before I make that decision.

Because, for some unknown reasons (I'm actually a bit nervous about the price lol), a 275GB SSD costs the same as the 2280 M.2 drive I want to go for... I might be missing something, but with regards to compatibility, that's an area where I'm 100% sure about.

I have a 1TB SSD I bought for my soon-to-be secondary system, so I wanted to go for a cheaper boot drive option that could still give good performance for the Ryzen build. I also have x2 2TB Seagate Barracuda HDDs to support the NVME with storage space.

You won't see much of a difference with NVME for boot times. But I will go now, help you tommorow

Thanks for the insight, and I've seen tests between the Corsair M.2 drive and the Samsung 960 EVO... I'm just looking for anything faster than a traditional HDD or a Hybrid HDD basically and that should be fine for my use-case. Perhaps not, it'll be cool to play around with it all the same :)

NVM I am back for the last time today hahaha.

 

Just go with a normal 2.5". Unless this is workstation. NCIX made a video about it. Maybe @deXxterlab97 will link it. But it's about how NVME does not effect boot time much over a SATA 2.5" SSD

I believe I watched that episode actually haha I was just wondering that, with capacity vs. price between both options (and since performance and boot times aren't affected with whichever I decide to go on), would there be a huge difference in any respect. SSDs and NVMe drives with 275GB of storage on Amazon are basically both $89-100, so that's what I'm wondering

If they are a lot more expensive, I personally think it's not worth it, but if they are only $5-$10 more, I would buy one. 256GB 2.5" are going for $69 now.
