some people do some don't just see when you get it personally I don't see much difference and I regret buying one since the colors kind of suck

ehhh... 144-60 = 84 you will see up to 84 more frames, if your GPU can produce that many depending on the game.

 

whether or not you will notice that, is really up to you, some people will whilst others won't as much.

You'll notice that the mouse glides across the screen MUCH smoother than before. That was the first thing I noticed when I got my monitor. Then you also have the benefit of smoother games in higher FPS's but that can be negligible.

I also got a headache for the first few days using it because my eyes freaked out at the backlight flashing 144 times...

Yes. And why? In my opinion you should have gotten a Korean 1440P monitor, like the X-Star.

It probably sounds stupid to a lot of people but 60fps feels kind of sluggish now that I've seen nothing under 100fps for like the past 7months.

I wouldn't think so, because the colors on 144hz monitors is absolutely horrible

It probably sounds stupid to a lot of people but 60fps feels kind of sluggish now that I've seen nothing under 100fps for like the past 7months.

This is my problem... I look at my old laptop's screen and feel like it's lagging terribly.

I agree with this. I find gaming @ 1440p to be superior. But, in my case, I didn't chose the best monitor, and I am stuck dealing with some pretty noticeable input latency.

With light boost on, yeash! No lightboost is plagued with motion blur. You may not notice it because you've never had it before but as soon as you turn it on...
