Dead by Daylight.

Dead Space 2.

Resident Evil 5/6 (though 5 has to be played around a bit to re-enable multiplayer).

Dead space 3 maybe, (Bit arcade action oriented though so I heard.)

No More Room in Hell (to me, a realistic Left 4 Dead. Only about a weekend worth of content though. You could burn through the short supply of maps swiftly. That or my spite for randoms has a low tolerance.)

 

I'm trying to think of the name but there was a vs horror game where all players were invisible and you had to kill the others by laying down traps. Felt kinda streamer though.. (Like only 'good' if you're watching a streamer play it.)

Cool, if you figure out hammer editor, you can make your own maps so that could add more content to you if you enjoy the game, and like making stuff.
