No, the time is less and so is wattage, thus meaning it has shit battery.

And better don't go with Intex

Not asking about buying it, already has one.  I know nothing about this stuff but wouldn't a poor quality UPS be better than no UPS?

Want to custom loop?  Ask me more if you are curious

The problem he'd face is that as soon as power goes out, the UPS will fluctuate the elec. and thus making the pc restart, defeating the purpose of it. I face that, so I connected my PC to central Inverter UPS of the house.

And, that company has really bad repo. in tech in here

It's the same as getting a good PSU you want a high quality UPS, while everything looks ok on paper from what I see and it has enough wattage for your system I haven't heard of this brand before. I personally recommend units from APC, Tripplite, Eaton as a few options.

Frankly spend more on a great quality power supply and just use it straight on the wall, I haven't being using line filters, power stabilizers or UPs in ages, really years so far and I haven't had a single issue.

I'm afraid these won't be available here, and would have like insane price including import duty.

The one he's going for is like $61 in direct conversion.

If options are limited and power is an issue then it's better than having nothing at all, just make sure the unit is capable of it's full output wattage, similar to lower quality PSU's some UPS's aren't capable of providing the full rating.

The UPS is designed to eliminate or reduce that if it causes it to still shut down it could be because the unit is a Modified sinewave as some PSU's will try to protect themselves thinking it's receiving bad power. In any case he may need to source another unit that is either stepped modified or ideally a pure sinewave unit that is compatible with the hardware he has if that is the cause of the problem.
