HDMI 1.4 Refreshrate?

Hello i was gonna buy a hdmi cable for my 60hz 1080p tv and just wanted to make sure that
hdmi 1.4 supports 60hz refreshrate? i can't find any information on that at all :S

oh so the limit of hdmi 1.4 is 60hz on 1080p?
Good to know, ill have to get another cable if i get a 144hz monitor then :)

I can confirm, I bought a HDMI 1.4 cable which supports 4K (not specified what refresh rate) but it does not go above 60Hz at 1080p, GPU and monitor both have 1.4 HDMI.
