I have Geil 3000 Mhz 16Gb - but I have been reading at lot about RAM incompatibility - Is their a said list??

There is a site specifically for it. I can't quite remember the url  its like Rymem or something. I saw it on Reddit, has a very comprehensive list of ram and speed you can achieve. If I find it ill update post.

Yep best way is to google your motherboard find their support tab and they have all the documentation, BIOS updates, and drivers there.  Its what I did for my Gigabyte board.

Every motherboard I have ever seen offers compatibility lists for RAM modules and CPUs on their product support pages, not just new ones or Ryzen boards.
