It should be a pretty easy game to run, the likelihood of being able to run it, with a game this size, is 0.1%.  
The only way for you to be able to run this game is to meet the minimum specs- please remember, the minimum specs are not to run this game, so don't go in thinking that.

2160x1080 is slightly wider than 1080p (1920x1080). Is that really the native resolution of your monitor? it's kind of a bizarre resolution.

Yeah that's like a weird mix of 1440p and 1080p. OP I'd recommend setting your resolution to 1920x1080 (1080p). If you are still getting frame drops, try changing the resolution to 1280x720 (720p).

 

You could also try changing the shadow quality to low or off. Shadows are a very GPU intensive task.
