Build recommendations for my niece

Hey all, looking for some recommendations on a new build i have to build my niece. She is only 8, pretty much just watches youtube, dvds, does school work and maybe a bit of minecraft. Will need wifi and to be a mini itx build, as i have a corsair 250D sitting here. Something that will capable for a few years.

Sorry forgot that stuff,Location Australia. yes keyboard and mouse most likely wireless. operating system ill get online which is only $40.Roughly $1000 without monitor. Monitor i was looking at using was

I meant simply because stuff costs more in Australia, regardless of the value.  It's probably because importing is more expensive.  I'm (genuinely) interested to see a $400 build.

An i5 is not necessary and I doubt it increases the useful life of the system.

8GB of memory is quite sufficient for this sort of build. By getting a single stick, should more memory be needed it is easily added.

A decent size ssd is needed. It is surprising how quickly 240GB can get chewed up.

A discrete gpu is not really necessary, but for the monitor proposed, it will make for crisper performance.

An ATX psu should run a bit quieter.
