What should i upgrade?

My laptop is a Dell Inspiron 15 5558

8GB Ram I7-5500U model

 

I usually use my laptop for light gaming and do Photoshop, Microsoft word, PowerPoint watch movie and video

 

The problem: every time i turn on my laptop it take a long time to open file or program 

So should i upgrade my ram or storage or other part in my computer?

You can get a 500 Gig Samsung for under $200 USD. Id like to say that you need to double that for a 1Tb model.
