Is a PS2 power supply a ATX power supply?

No. A PlayStation 2 power brick isn't an ATX PSU.

Power supplies included with cases USUALLY aren't the greatest. If you really want the case I'd buy a power supply elsewhere. The specifications list says the PSU is Optional perhaps you can get the case without it.

Judging by the photos of the case it uses a standard ATX PSU so I have no idea why Thermaltake went to the extent of using such a complicated name for the supported PSU's. Any ATX power supply will be fine. As far as I can tell the length of the PSU shouldn't be a problem either.

PS2 power supplies were a standard a long time ago that went with the AT motherboard form factor.

When you see PS2 referenced today they mean just a standard ATX power supply.

If you want that Thermaltake Core V21 then here is a list of completed builds from PCPartPicker and they all usually list what PSU they used.
