Hey guys, I am building a brand new Gaming and Streaming PC.

I don't really have a budget but please don't go nuts.

I would like to spend the least amount as possible.

But in saying that I would like the best performance as possible.

BTW I am in Australia so please us $AUD not $USD. And try not to use Amazon.com

So here is some background on what I will be doing:

I will be overclocking so a Z270 Motherboard is desirable also I would like a  Liquid Cooler

The core I would like is a I7-7700K (I do not want a Ryzen core as I will not be needing 8 cores)

I would like only 16GB of ram

The GPU I would like is a GTX 1080 (I don't really care about what model)

Going back to the motherboad It does not have to be SLI capable, also I would like at least 6 fan headers

I would like the PSU to be Fully Modular

Also I just need a 1TB HDD and a 240GB SSD for my OS and Bootup

Now Aesthetics:

I don't want RGB, not really into the multi-coloured lights

My colour theme is White & Green, in saying that I don't mind if the GPU is not in the colour scheme as I will most likely be getting a green Back Plate

Also the HDD and SSD does not need to be coloured as I will paint them green as well

Please also include White and Green Cables

The case I desire is white and lots of room, so preferably a Full tower Case, enough for a large Liquid cooler and a whole lot of white and green fans.

I would like the Liquid cooler to have green Liquid and white fans on the radiator

Please also include 2 more green fans and 2 more white fans.

Last notes:

I do not want a DVD ROM player

Do not include any peripherals

Thanks a lot for the help.

Looking forward to hearing your builds

Are you sure you don't want Ryzen? For streaming it is much better.

Yes I am sure. I won't be streaming everyday, just a little hear and there. So 8 cores is  fairly overkill for just gaming

Are you gonna use quicksync or shadowplay then?

You might consider a GTX 1080 Ti. Most Titan X full cover blocks are compatible with the FE models currently available.

I would suggest getting a single large ssd instead of an ssd and an hdd. It is more expensive, but it simplifies the system and provides better performance.

The motherboard has a total of six fan headers plus a header for the Asus Fan Extension Card. The card may be hard to source in AUS, it is everywhere else. But there are units available on ebay.

The case is very custom loop friendly. It also has a PWM fan hub.

The fans have rings that can be changed between red, blue, and white. If you don't want white you could paint them green.

I just got some green cables, not sure if you would prefer to have custom green and white ones.
