hmm. i would go and get a cheaper case and cheaper psu and a wb blue not black and see what that leaves you budget wise. its hard to give a good build plan without pc part picker and im not sure pc part picker has a preset for your region.

Where I live there are almost no local hardware stores ( unfortunately ) , in The Netherlands Btw (VAT) is 21%.

What Monitor are you going to be using ? I don't see how people can suggest getting a GTX 1080 ti if they don't know the resolution you are gaming at.

You would be fine with a GTX 1060 or RX 480 if it is a 60Hz screen,

Does a GTX 1060 support 1920x1080 60 fps recordings? (without lag)

I don't know about recording as I don't do that myself, so someone else would have to answer that. If you have the budget for a GTX 1070 then it wouldn't do any harm to stick with it as it would also allow you to move to 1440p in the future.

Also I don't know if anyone else has mentioned it but I would look at changing the Kingston V300 SSD to something else such as a Crucial MX300 or Samsung 750/850 EVO. They have better performance than the V300.
