So I have a Phanteks Enthoo Luxe Tempered Glass Edition.

And I want to custom water cool it in the future.

The problem is I have one ssd and one hard drive and I don't know where to put the hard drive  because I wanna get rid of the drive cages to put the reservoir there and maybe another radiator in the front.

So my Question is can I put the hard drive anywhere else in the case where I don't see it?

And does it matter if the hard drive is mounted vertically or horizontally?

it doesnt matter if they are mounted vertically or horizontally. Can you maybe hide it somewhere in the psu compartment?

It doesn't matter which orientation the HDD is in, but it has to be stable to perform correctly. Shouldn't be a problem in a desktop that isn't moved while in operation though. If you can't find somewhere to hide it, can you do without it? or can you use a USB 3.0 caddy for it instead so it sits outside the case on the desktop for instance?

That's an idea there is enough space for it and the ssd in the front can be mounted in the back
