1050ti vs 1060 3gb vs rx480 4gb

I'm planning to build a dual monitors pc but don't know which one of those cards to choose

480. I would add the £20 more and get the 8Gb. But 4GB will be ok too.

Don't get the GTX 1060 3GB. For best performance I prefer RX 480.

If you budget doesn't allow you to go for the 8GB 480, go for the 4GB 480. By the time games will really start using over 4GB consistently on FHD, it will be a couple years later and you can sell your card and get a new one.

I found a great deal. A gtx 1060 with 6gb, it costs the same as the asus rx480 you found.

But it's biostar and I don't know if it's as good as the other one from MSI or Asus

Seems like a good deal, really good but i've never heard of biostar. I suggest doing some research or maybe watching a video or reading a review on the card.
