If you're unwilling to DIY then you're stuck with what manufacturers offer you. I'm pretty sure the Legion Y520 is priced at about 1000+ right now so that's above your range, so you're stuck with the VX15 or 7567. It's up to you on what you want to trade off on.

you could get the best of both worlds if you would use your hands and you know replace the screen, but that's apparently too damn hard for the majority of people.

I want to buy a gaming laptop i have two choices the acer aspire vx15 and dell inspiron 7567 i have watched alot of youtube videos on the two like linus one but the dell one has bad screen and very good battery life in the other hand acer has good ips panel and battery life not like the dell one so which one ??

The Dell one is like $200 cheaper so I would go with that.  The specs are practically the same with the exception of the screen and battery.  With a gaming laptop though you aren't going to get good battery life so that shouldn't be a factor.  If you feel an ips screen is worth $200 then go with the acer, but if not then go with the Dell.  You'll also probably get better support with the Dell.

I would go with the acer, i have read from countless sites that the dell's screen has one of the worse screens seen on any modern laptop. No sense in spending money on a good laptop only to have the experience ruined by a crappy screen.

You said it yourself, it comes down to which aspect you value more. The Dell has a massive lead on battery life with a massive 76Whr battery, with possibly the longest battery life for a gaming laptop, while the Acer VX 15 has a more standard battery life but a much better looking display.

My personal preference is the VX 15, I'm willing to sacrifice a bit of battery for the better performing display, but because where I take my laptop, I'm never far away from an outlet.

if you have to insist you think for yourself, i'm not going to believe you.

I'd try to demo in person if possible. Laptop keyboards are pretty garbo. You either get a separate board  or get a monstrosity with mech switches--either defeats the purpose of portability.

Easy. Buy the Dell one. And then replace the screen yourself. It's SUPER easy to do so.

Firstly they have the same price which is 900 usd

secondly if i get the acer one i will sacrificing the long battery life and get more ram and good ips panel is it good deal ??

then vx15. just know you dont get great battery life, the speaker, keyboard and trackpad are suboptimal.

It has a bad screen with 44ms GTG which is bad. The battery will only last you 3-3½ hours. I wouldn't buy it.
