Speed Fan no working

I use Speed fan to change speeds of my case fans (1x 200mm and 2x 140mm)

It used to work but when I tried to make it change fan speeds based on GPU temps rather than CPU temps, it doesn't work and just puts fan speeds to 0% or 100% but nothing in between.

When I change it like it used to be it does, same thing. What can I do?
