Small build for only streaming to home theater

I am thinking about building a small system just to stream to my home theater system. I was thinking of a mITX board with an i3 chip.  Trying to keep it under $800, I have Windows 7 and keyboard/mouse. Any suggestions on mobo and psu. I was going to get fractal nano case and EVGA 730 gpu.  Trying to not go overboard but I don't want buffering issues.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Consider the G4560. It's a really cheap Pentium with hyper threading.

GT 730 is good enough for this, but honestly, so is the integrated graphics on the Pentium.

I was reading online someone else who added a gpu and it helped with buffering and figured for $65 it wasn't a huge expense to add?

If you are just streaming like Hulu or Netflix, then you dont need a dedicated GPU, the iGPU will be sufficient. You likely will find mATX boards cheaper than itx tbh.

This honestly would be all you would need for streaming from the internet.

I know the mATX boards are cheaper, but I wanted to try my first ITX build.

Here is a mid sized build https://pcpartpicker.com/list/ysr6jc

I added in a GPU in case you wanted one. The Pentium would probably do perfectly fine on it's own.

I like the small build option, but i still like the fractal nano case, should fit with everything listed!! Thanks!!

If you want to save some money go with 7850k or 7700k which will save 30-40$. The APU is really good. CPU wise it might be weaker than G4560 but is much more powerful than iGPU of G4560. So overall this should be good for gaming at 1080p too at Medium-Low settings and in some games max.
