Gigabyte R9 280X performance issues

2 hours ago i changed my 6950 to the topic one.My fps is lower than the old card was giving.Every game runs max 35 fps.

Bios isn't updated to 6F,i have the F5f.don't even know what that new one updates.Windows 8.Any ideas how to fix this thing?

You never seem to be very helpful.

 

OP i would uninstall the current drivers and install the latest ones.

Latest beta drivers are installed,how IS haswell 4670k bottlenecking this?

anyways, go and get CCleaner, go into safemode and remove all AMD drivers, rinse and repeat until no data is left from AMD, and then reinstall latest drivers, see if that does anything.

Don't derail the post guys....

Honestly I'd make sure everything is up to date with the drivers, then reseat the card (maybe in another pci-e slot) then if you still have nothing ship it back for an RMA.
