6.5/10

Ryzen 5 and 3 will be king of budget builds, so best to wait.

GTX 1060 3G is dumb, better buy RX470.  Stay away from RX460, 1050, and 1050 Ti.  Those are a waste of money - better value to buy a used GPU.

hmmmm....best I can think of for right now is the Pentium G4560, which is pretty much the Mighty Mouse of gaming PCs.  Honestly though, I would wait for the upcoming Ryzen CPU lineup.

also guys do you think it's more worth it to give up the mobo for a ASRock HDV and get a better case or psu.

For my HHD i have an old 200Gb lying around

Won't it bottleneck it? Or just buy that for now and upgrade to ryzen or i5 depending on which one is the best bang for the buck. Ryzen need overclocking supported mobos. So b350 x370 and x300 so still considering.

G4560 won't bottleneck an RX 480.  Ryzen 3 is a few months off from now, but if you can wait, go for those.  the Ryzen 3's will be priced like i3 processors and be quad cores.  Expecting Ivy Bridge i5 performance or better from Ryzen 3.  Basically, Ryzen 3 will probably offer better gaming performance than any i3.

At the same time, the G4560 would offer a much better upgrade path.  i7-7700k is the king of gaming.

This is a tough decision...wait, what games do you play?

@Ashiella Well i do have another option

GPU - GTX 1050 or 1050 Ti

CPU - Pentium G4560

MOBO - Gigabyte D3H

Ram - 2x4 8GB Axevir Core ram

PSU - Evga 450B

Case - Tecware F3 - A cheap but good brand in Asia.

Storage - free 200GB HHD

I1m not a fan of the 2x4 ram, better go with a single stick of 8gb so you can upgrade to 16gb someday which might be nice eventually, you want to always have upgrade path after all... the g4560 can squeeze all of the 1050ti juice out so it is a good pick considering that the 2gb vram on the 1050 is very limiting nowadays

Not sure a 450w power supply would be good enough, considering the 350w TDP of the system.  I would leave that alone.

That is an 8/10 system, I would say.  The SSD is pretty much out of the picture, but if you could go cheaper on the case and get a bigger hard drive, that would bump my rating to a 9/10.

Moba games will practically run on anything.  No worries there.  Far Cry Primal, Rise of the Tomb Raider, and Doom could essentially care less about what CPU you're using.  Those three rely heavily on the GPU, so no worries there, either.  BF1 runs well on the G4560, but it's more CPU reliant than the other titles.  Still, you'll be fine with a G4560 + RX 480 system. :)

Also do you think getting a 120GB SSD for the OS is better than the 1TB HDD? I still have an extra 200GB HHD

Actually, no, not in this case.  Yes, an SSD would make the OS run faster, but where are you going to put all your games?  Believe it or not, the four games you listed take up a combined 150GB of storage space.  If you did the 120GB SSD + 200 HDD setup, you'd fill up your drives quite quickly with how big AAA games are these days.  With the 1TB HDD, your PC may not boot up as fast, but you won't have problems with storing your games for quite a while.  You'd be able to have up to 20 AAA titles rather than just 4 or 5.
