I have a amd a10 6800k  16 gigs of ram gtx 960 windforce 4 gb  can this system run the oculus rift

Radeon RX 480 or Geforce GTX 1060 minimum, bud.

not going to happen and it not even close

cpu = way to weak

gpu= slightly better compared to cpu but still not close
